Have you ever been in a situation where you have had to apologize for something, and you don't really feel like apologizing, but do it just to maintain peace?
That is a stiff apology!
If you are saying sorry.....let it come from your heart. There is no point saying you are sorry if your apology doesn't echo what your heart feels. And if your heart doesn't feel it, then search your heart...you might be surprised what you find in there.
I know exactly what you mean.... Of course i hardly ever do anything wrong! LOL
